This item is not to be confused with the Prize Box, a disabled item that served a similar purpose.
The Daycare Gift Box was implemented on March 15, 2014. Users obtain one for every 500 foals or eggs they click per day, not counting self-owned horses. These boxes may contain (at random) food, exclusive trinkets, or eggs that hatch into rare Eternal Youth variations. Even if all foaling stalls are closed, the egg(s) can be received.
This item was discontinued on August 28, 2015, and replaced with the Seasonal Gift Boxes.
Daycare boxes do not have to be used on the day they were received, and may even be added as trinkets before they are opened.
