The Charcoal Ethercorn was released in February 2016, when the rest of the color wheel was unlocked with the introduction of the Sweet Ethercorn. Foundation stock of this color can be purchased from Subterranean Cat's Shack for 2 Gold each during the month of August, but may also be bred from existing Ethercorns. It can also be rarely found in daycare gift boxes during the proper month.
